Customers qualify for Jade Level Status once they reach a lifetime purchase total of $5,000 USD under a single customer account.

Qualification Rules:

• The $5,000 lifetime total must be accumulated under one account tied to a single email address.
• Orders placed under different email addresses or different customer names (including family members) cannot be combined.
• The lifetime total is calculated based on the final paid amount after all discounts, promotions, or coupons have been applied.
• Original (pre-discount) product prices do not count toward the $5,000 threshold.
• Use of multiple accounts to obtain new customer discounts does not combine or accelerate qualification; each account is tracked independently.
