Refund policy

It is very important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer a 14 day (from the date received to the date shipped back) return or cancellation policy for a full refund less a 5% restocking fee, or a 60 day exchange or on account credit on all unworn and re-saleable condition pieces on domestic orders only.

The 5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders and is calculated on the total order amount, including shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy. 

There are NO RETURNS on international orders. For orders amounting to less than $200 the customer will need to cover the return shipping costs.

All pieces are shipped with a Do Not Remove Tag (no prices shown). No refund, credit or exchange will be issued if this tag has been removed.

While jade is highly durable for everyday wear, it should not be dropped or struck against hard surfaces such as tile or granite countertops or hard surface corners, as impact may cause fracture or breakage. Mason-Kay checks every item before shipping. Fractured or broken items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please email returns@masonkay.com for a return shipping label for orders over $200.00 (before tax and shipping and after any applicable discounts). Customers returning merchandise totaling less than $200.00 are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These items may be returned using any insured carrier of the customer’s choice.

PLEASE NOTE: Mason-Kay will supply one complimentary return label per order over$200.00 for non-defective Pieces, and only complimentary four labels over the lifetime of your account. Additional returns will still be accepted, but the customer will need to cover the shipping costs.

Although it is very uncommon, please report any damages within 48 hours of receipt. We recommend sending a photograph of the damaged piece with your order number to returns@masonkay.com.

Note: Gram Weight – This is the gram weight of each piece without the tags and removable earring backs (if applicable).

The gram weight is printed on each item tag and corresponds to the gram weight on the Certificate of Authenticity.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, checks, or wire payments. For check payments, we will ship your piece(s) when your check has cleared.

We reserve the right to wait up to 48 hours after payment before shipping orders over $3,000. 

NOTE: When returning or cancelling an item after your order has processed, your account will be credited the full amount less any credit card fees incurred.

For orders over $10,000, only personal checks (once cleared), cashier’s checks (once cleared) and wire payments will be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do not cover any country fees, duties or taxes, we only charge for shipping.
