Shipping policy
We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders as follows:
(International orders are handled on a case by case basis AND we only charge for the shipping fees. ANY TAXES, DUTIES OR OTHER COUNTRY FEES WILL BE COLLECTED FROM CUSTOMER UPON DELIVERY.)
- Orders $200 or less – there will be a $18 charge for ground shipping
- Orders $201-$500 – Free Ground Shipping
- Orders $501-$5000 – Free 2-3 Day Shipping
- Orders $5001 & Up – Free Overnight Shipping
*** NOTE: If you would like your package shipped 2-3 Days and does not qualify for 2-3 day free shipping, the charge will be $35.
*** NOTE: If you would like your package shipped overnight and does not qualify for overnight free shipping, the charge will be $50.
NOTE: Orders received after 12pm MST Monday- Friday will be shipped the following business day.
Unclaimed or Returned-to-Sender Packages: If a shipment is returned to Mason-Kay because delivery was refused, the package was unclaimed after delivery attempts, an incorrect shipping address was provided, or the customer failed to arrange redelivery or pickup, the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping charges. For orders under $200, Mason-Kay's standard $18 ground shipping fee will be assessed before any refund or reshipment.
